Ok – the upstairs needs a lot of work – but the good news is that the new roof has stopped the leaks that led to this damage. We had other repairs that we’ve made, but the upstairs was not a priority. Structurally, everything seems fine, but it will need a teardown before you can start renovating up there.
The second floor was found structurally sound by a state structural engineer.
